With the mechanics out on strike and the rate of incidents what they are I believe that the flight attendants have a justifible reason to refuse to fly regardless of the legal and contractual differences between the company, the flight attendants and the anti-union biased federal government.

Can anyone tell me what the turnover rate is of the Northwest scab mechanics in the last year?

I would have to say the turnover rate of a SCAB is 100%. Afterall, they obviously all like to roll over and take it in !@#$%^&*. 😛

 Thats real cute AMFAMAN.

To answer the question the turnover rate is relatively high as far as major airlines go. Do keep in mind though that for every Original Scab that leaves he is replaced by a AMFA Scab. This should not be a safety issue for before the strike these proud union AMT's were the gods of aviation, according to the union gurus here anyway. Then again there could be some safety issues because for some reason they have been degraded to flashlight holders since they have crossed the picket line.

I do find it curious that when the original scabs were running the show NWA maintenance numbers were going through the roof, now as more and more AMFA Scabs cross the line the numbers are on a steady decline.

They like to take it in more than the !@#$%^&*, they *&^%$#@! real well also. 😉

Most original scabs are replaced by desperate contractor scabs looking for a Scab Air pittance and flight privileges. Much like you were seeking 'Cods when you had Budweiser-for-breakfast breath and scab glory stars in your glassy eyes. Fades quick don't it?? The buzz then wears off you realize you've been duped by Dougie as a lowly scab away from home in a city you hate, you crawl off back to the wrench gypsy abyss. 😛h34r:

When original scabs were running the show??? Is that possible??? Right, must have been when the "normal emergency landing" numbers were through the roof, (more that now?) among them the 8 mains blown on the 2 757's or 747 nose gear collapsed in GUH. I lose track of all the past scab induced malfunctions, oh so many. Running the show..... pfffft.... 🙄

When you coming back to Detroitlet 'Cods??? Dougie needs his best scab/errand boy about now. 😛

gee it sure sounds like it goes from bad to worse. wonder if the travelin public wouldlike to strap on the parachutes in the event oof bailing out over the pacific or over the middle of the nomans land due to a scab maintaince failure

Stewardesses need to hand out a Rosary to each passenger, not drinks.

Well PTO, get ready for the big phone call to return to Dougie's SCAB crew...I just got a letter in the mail from my former employer that says, in essence, that since the fed approved the new pension relief bill that they are now going to freeze the pensions of all workers in represented groups. So my only loss from staying on the outside during the strike is that I lost one year of pension credit...big whoop.
Let me lay it out for you PTO, the guys that are SCABBING because they wanted to retire with full pensions are there now. They can now leave nwa because it doesn't matter if they work another day for Dougie The Rat, it isn't going to increase their pensions one IOTA! All the Frank Parris and Paul Handleys are going to walk out. You should be happy. Former AMFA members now SCABs leaving will open up your former position...you might even get day shift.
So get your knee pads on for when Dougie The Rat comes by to Pat you and your SCAB buddies on the head...nice SCABBY!
