Couple Ideas To Save Usairways

Listen what came to me one day I was thinking guess where ??? 😛

What if OPEC or a oil company invest in Usairways..then Usairways could get their fuel for cheap<--
What is Usairways in the spirit of if you cannot beat them become their friends
call up say Southwest and code share there international departures out of philly and their caribbean connection out of FLL
then they can have southwest feed them passangers

And along those lines:

-decent wages

-no more givebacks (or takebacks; depends on POV)

-stop hiring the "barely alive" and hire people who have work ethic

-base management wages on performance, and no more bonuses for them

-keep everthing "in house" and find ways to make running the airline efficient and within a budget on our own

-logical fares and destinations

-stop dumping stations for ridiculous reasons and find ways to make poorer performing stations better ones

-listen to employees and their ideas. They are usually free and pretty good
