I don't think there will be a problem placing them -- there are two startup airlines within North America actively seeking 767-300's. With North American being bought out by World, they're also supposedly in the market for additional 763 aircraft.

North American's 767-300's are GE powered, so I don't think UA's airplanes will be looked at if they are PW's.
