NO Not at All. In some States, You have to be clean * 10 * Years before a DUI is removed from your Driving Records. CLEARLY he showed Poor Judgement and Needs to be reminded of it so he does not make the same mistake again. Guess he was just lucky to not have hurt someone else or himself, other DUI Drivers arent so lucky. SO NO !

Any other of us would have been fired for doing what he did and in the process bringing shame and ridicule on the company.

It's yet another case of "do as I say, not as I do" because I'm the boss and you're not.

I think a reminder of the corporate hypocrisy is appropriate at every opportunity.
