Crash pad at IAH

We are entertaining the idea of opening up a commuter or non-rev "crash pad" for those transiting through IAH. The idea is to provide clean, comfortable, and safe accomodations overnight (instead of a hotel) at a budget price.

The price would include:
-shuttle service to and from IAH (the crash pad will be less than 15 minutes to the terminal entrance)
-wi-fi (for use in each room for those with laptops)
-computers for use (to check loads, check-in, make changes to itinerary, etc. for those with no laptop)

Each room would have the basic necessities:
-full size bed with pillow, sheets, comforter
-private toilet and shower with towels and soap

Our target customers are commuters and non-revs.

Can we please get feedback on this idea? For example: how much would be a reasonable price, what amenities are a "must", etc.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you,
The Smith Family
