Customer Service For Alaska Airlines & Pacific Avi

I have a group interview w/ Alaska Airlines for a customer service position and a regular interview w/ Pacific Aviation for the same position. Both interviews take place Tuesday September 27, Alaska 9am, Pacific 3pm which is just down the street.
Anyone work for Alaska or a similar position? Any advice?
