We highly recommend that you map the interview location PRIOR to the morning of the interview session.
Seating will be limited. Please arrive early to ensure your participation. The group interview process may extend through the late afternoon. Applications will be distributed only at the interview session.
Please be prepared to document a thorough 10 year employment and residence history. You may also be required to present two pieces of valid identification, one with your photograph.
No Phone Calls Please. The event facility will not have interview information.
Minimum Requirements:
Two years demonstrated experience in exceptional customer service
Professional appearance suitable for a conservative business environment and customer contact
Enthusiasm to relocate to either of our hub cities: Seattle, WA; Portland, OR; Denver, CO(Frontier JetExpress)
Pleasant, approachable, and engaging with customers
Friendly, knowledgeable and polite in all situations
Strong diplomacy and teamwork skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Minimum age of 21 at time of interview session
Authorization to work in the U.S. and enter/exit Canada
Actively applying for, or in current possession of, a valid passport
Ability to swim
Ability to work flexible schedules to include weekends, holidays, and overnight trips
Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Height of less than 6 feet with shoes
Ability to consistently lift an average of 35 pounds
High school diploma or equivalent
Regular and predictable attendance
* Horizon Air assigns domiciles according to our staffing needs during new hire training. Your current city of residence is not a factor in the assignment of a domicile. You must be willing to relocate to the city of our choice.
Primary Duties:
Flight Attendants continuously monitor all safety conditions and emergency equipment of our aircraft while on the ground and in flight. This individual works one-on-one with our passengers during all phases of air travel. Flight Attendants comply with all Federal Aviation Administration Regulations and Requirements while utilizing effective communication and customer service skills. The work environment for this position is fast-paced and at times stressful. Other duties and projects as assigned.

Fingerprinting: Federal regulations will require applicants to submit fingerprints for a criminal history investigation(s).
Drug screening:
This position is a FAA covered position which is subject to mandated breath alcohol and drug testing.
