Dear Mr. Parker:
Lets forget the Delta merger. If you have 8 billion or whatever the amount for this merger lets take care of your own employees first.
If the employees are taken care of & treated with respect the rest will fall into place. Thank you.

DP does not have the 8 billion. It belongs to Citibank, not USAirways.

Take care of the employees? Where do you think you work? Southwest?

Take a Valium and lie down for awhile. This delusion will pass.

Usairways MUST stay competitive and grow. If this means a merger or takeover of another airline so be it. If we don't agressively persue this someone else will. I DO think that management and those at the negotiating table BEST pick up the pace and get negotiations moving. I don't care WHERE the money is comming from just get the contracts together. Management must understand that "cost neutral" is out the window for the flight attendants. Negotiate in good faith or no deal. I'll tell you this though, "It sure is nice to go through the a/c and pick up trash and not see that your company is dying on the front page of every newspaper you collect".
