Delta Flight Attendant Contract

I know that DL is not union. That said is there a contract and where can it be found? I work for US and wanted to see if it's possible to compare our contract to DL. Thanks!!!

Let me help you out, if there is no union, there is no contract, so you wont find one.

DL can can change conditions on PMDL at will and right now its status qou for PMDL.

More than likely, if you left US and came to Delta, you'd probably get a raise, just like the FA's and Ramp peeps, from NW did.............err, scratch that............they didn't get a raise.............their under contract ! :blink:

Ah yes, the "epic" raise we all keep hearing so much about.

I'm topped put on either scale. Going to DL's policies and procedures will result in a base rate raise of .18/hr. for me.

Too much to give up for not enough in return.

Why are union matters even being discussed in the Delta forum? The only ones who speak are the non union workers, who forget that their pilots-the ones who run the airline industry-are union, and silent!

We can discuss the pros and cons of unions, but the captains of the industry are union, and the non-union workers don't understand why. They pay more union dues in an hour than I pay in a month, and I have to hear how unions only want your money.

I admire jetBlue that is totally non-union through and through. B-scab at least stands for something-they hate unions period!!! Delta is just a pit of hypocrisy that stands for brown nosers and union labor. Apparently the pilots like it that way and it works for them. They must shake their heads when their non-union labor disses unions. They got theirs and aren't in any hurry to give up THEIR union.

What's wrong with this picture? "I'm glad I'm not giving my money to a union thug, maybe the pilots will join us!" 😛

It sounds good that there is a contract system of Attendant in the Delta airlines.No doubt there is problem in their service.I appreciate for this.I really like the Delta Airlines.It is best for Europe & US.
