Democrats projected to retake the House but not the Senate

The Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy released a report in February 2016, stating that 11 million illegal immigrants in the United States are paying annually an estimated amount of $11.64 billion in state and local taxes, "on average an estimated 8 percent of their incomes.

11,640,000,000 / 11,000,000 = 1058.181818181818

1058.181818181818 8% TAXES
13227.27272727273 100% INCOME

Income of 13,227.27

Again $1058.18 does not even cover the cost of educating their anchor babies.

So tell us KCFlyer how is that BIG $1058.18 they pay a year contributing to our nation when it cost the citizens more than that to have them here?

Tell us how, in your grand socialist utopia, they contribute to our economy.
Again KCFlyer, show me where illegal immigration benefits the American citizens or contributes to our economy. I am still waiting.

While were at it how are they paying bills on $13,227.27 without the welfare they supposedly are not getting?

Priced groceries lately? Especially produce?
That is what an H-2A is for.

You bring up the price of produce ignoring the fact we already have a program to deal with that. You also totally ignore the COST associated with illegal immigration. After all honestly discussing the cost of illegal immigration to the American taxpayers goes against the socialist narrative pushed by the Democratic party.

Priced the cost of providing welfare to anchor babies lately? Priced the cost of educating children of illegals? How about the increased cost of local law enforcement?

Even without the H-2A program the cost of the 3 things I have mentions (and there are a LOT more cost) far FAR exceed the benefit of cheaper produce.

Most of the produce I see in Oklahoma grocery stores is imported anyway.

Produce? H-2A. What else you have because that was pretty weak?

"All of these workers are covered by U.S. wage laws, workers' compensation and other standards; additionally, temporary workers and their employers are subject to the employer and/or individual mandates under the Affordable Care Act."

"According to the marketplace website, nonimmigrants on work visas may qualify to use the marketplace to obtain health insurance and possibly subsidies."

The Democrats forgot to put that in the ACA sales pitch. Yet more cost for American citizens to bear.

Do you think the ACA (Obamacare) has anything to do with those increased produce prices? Do you think?
