I'm a design student in SanFrancisco, and am working on my thesis project. I am looking at finding better solutions for family travelling in airplanes. I would like to talk to some flight attendants who might have some things or insights to share with me regarding parent-child travelling. Maybe some horror stories, some happy moments, some hectic times you had to deal with screaming babies on your flight, any comments and stories would be appreciated!
