"Diamond HSA" - good medical plan?

Am I missing something? $128 / month / family PLUS the deductible of $4500 .... subsequently followed by ONE HUNDRED PERCENT Coverage .... make this on heck of a deal. Lowest monthly premiums PLUS lowest 'Maximum out-of-pocket' (after premiums) of $4500/family?? I must be missing something .... anyone???

Well, you pay 100% until you hit those maximums....

Also, it's not the lowest priced option; that title is shared by the Silver and Ruby plans.
