Got this emailed from a friend of mine.

Looks like a computer modified Piedmont -300. Look at the door emblem, I think it's a Speedbird.

Zoom in on the front and you can see the repetition used to create this fake:

It's not totally fake. PDT has about 12 of these. They're DHC-8-300's. Just with a different tail number.

The -400 is longer and the nose sits lower, similar to the CRJ-700.
