Different CEO, same tough choices at US Airways

CHICAGO, April 20 (Reuters) - US Airways (UAIR.O: Quote, Profile, Research) has a new chief executive but still faces the same tough choices, with experts saying the company came out of bankruptcy too quickly last year, which may narrow its options.

I guess these so called "experts" forgot that they were under a deadline to get out of BK due to the credit card processing fiasco. The lack of research these guys get away with kills me.

I've often wondered about that. I'm certainly no legal eagle but I would have thought that the BK judge would have the power to force the credit card company to continue the relationship as long as US paid the bills. I could certainly be wrong, however, and probably am.
