<_< ------Eagle at SJU leaves paying passengers standing at the gate, at least twice last week!--------- Passengers showed up at the gate fifteen minutes 'before' scheduled departure, after flying in from DFW, only to find the last flight of the day to the Virgin Islands, had departed without them. Consequently, rooms, and meals were paid by the company and a number of G.I.'s who were on their 30 day leave, now had a 29 day leave complements of American Eagle!!! And it would appear that there may be a pattern of this going on.

<_< ------- Sorry about the double post. Combination of Internet service here on the Island not quit up to par, and Internet user, not quit up to par! ;) -------- But, the above flight left with only seven passengers on board. So it wasn't a matter of capacity.

15 minutes before dept. seems a bit beyond the normal period when ANY airline should be able to accomodate connecting passengers... esp. since it should be well known they are coming.
.
Anecdotal accounts for any airline should be read with caution.. but
it is also worth noting that AEagle had the lowest airline quality rating in the industry and a number of metrics for Eagle were multiples different than the rest of the industry instead of the rounding errors that separate the metrics for most airlines.
