Fairly quiet with an Oregon Areo Hush Kit and a Zeta Liner for comfort - pretty good over all, but I'm a Gentex fan from way back. An SPH-5 or HGU-56 with the Oregon Aero Hush Kit makes the noise go away quite nicely as well. Oregon Areo A few friends have Active noise Reduction, but they find it too quiet at times. Cheers!
