SAO PAULO -(Dow Jones)- Following two weeks of negotiations, the management of the world's fourth-largest commercial jetmaker, Empresa Brasileira de Aeronautica SA , or Embraer and union leaders agreed on a new pay package, averting the threat of a 10,000 member strike.
