ExpressJet / CAL Flying Benefits

How are the non-rev benefits on ExpressJet? Flying as Continental Express, I am making the assumption that employees are allowed to travel on 'mainline' Continental. If anyone has any insight, it would be greatly appreciated..(fees, thoughts, opinions, etc😉 Trying to compare vs. NW Pinnacle, which their flying benefits are also pretty good.

Currently ExpressJet employees have the same flight benefits as Continental employees. Both Fly SA3, 8 free vacation passes (first class) per year, boarding by seniority. Unlimited service charge passes. This may change as new agreements are reached though.

Thanks, you are right. I went for my interview today. The only thing I didn't like was a 90-day wait time for unlimited flying. Other than that, everything else was ok - oh yeah, the buddy pass for international travel: the employee must be with the employee. Hopefully the sevice charge travel will go away. Pretty good benefits for p/t, though.
