Does ALPA put out a press release when it seems in every damn airline movie the pilots get killed? No. We just laugh our a$$es off at it.

After "Airplane", I wonder if the NBA player's union put out a press releasee saying that it's players would never impersonate a pilot?

I'm going to boycott Reuters for revealing the "bad guys" to me! I refuse to read any story put out by them again!. 🙂

And how about a class action suit against AFA for starting this boycott in the first place. Many people probably read their statement before seeing the movie. For them, the suspense was ruined and they did not get the full value of their $8.00.

And what about those poor coroners???

😀

I am surprised they let this movie go by without a protest!

LOL that is pretty funny Mark! I have to tell you I went and saw the movie and I loved it. It wasnt until yesterday a friend of mine in CA called me and told me about the boycott. I was like shut up you are lying. Well he sent me a link and I was like damn I waste 39 bucks every month to let our leadership just do stupid things. I thought stupid things just happened in the local councils and now this coming from the International office.

If you haven't seen the movie go and see it! Jodie was AWESOME in it and spend your 8 bucks having a good time!

Agreed ..I'm not a huge Jodie Foster fan, but she did a fantastic job in this one.

Gee, Mark, I don't understand. What's wrong with that movie? It sounds like it just might be a training video or something--very harmless. Could it be the use of the old-fashioned "stewardess" job title?

Ah, "Stewardess School" a classic B-movie if there ever was one! Lots of famous people in this movie, was really surprised by the 'fine' acting by Audrey Landers...what did she do to calm passengers? LOL

Liz Hurley in her 'bushman eyebrows' day before the big Estee Lauder contract and being shagged by Austin Powers.
