The six flight attendants who filed the complaint claim the airline has discriminated against them for their pre-acquisition membership in the union, which didn’t represent Delta crews.

The plaintiffs seek a court order directing the carrier to “align compensation for the flight attendants without regard to pre-merger status.” They also want back pay to compensate them for the allegedly lower wages and profit-sharing.

I will admit up front I have not read the complaint in detail. However, this strikes me as an attempt by the AFA to have it both ways: They filed the NMB complaint which prohibits DL from merging the work groups, but the AFA wants DL to merge the work groups in areas where it would be financially advantageous. I feel for the PMNW FAs who voted "no" on union representation (however small that number is) as one could argue the delay caused by the AFA NMB complaint is preventing them from earning what the PMDL FAs earn.

Best option for all involved is for the NMB to rule so everyone can move forward.

Why the hell don't these 6 FA's sue the union ?

No one hear to blame except the Union!

Also..........aren't these leeches getting paid what "Their Contract" dictates ?
