My favorite airplane is any competitors plane that is grounded and not making any money.

Just Kidding

For the looks alone I love the A340

but I have been premium on the 777 to NRT and it was the best

I was a kid when United started flying the 767-200 to Denver in 1982, and got to spend an hour or so in the cockpit between flights. I’ve had a “soft spotâ€￾ for it ever since.

I like the 767-400, but I think it suffered from the same issue that the A350 is now running up against; the market wanted a brand-new design (e.g. the A330), not another derivative. It’s ironic how history is repeating itself with the 787 vs. A350, but this time the tables are turned.

757s are, well, 757s; airline Management and (I believe Pilots) love them, but I think they’re terrible for Economy-class passengers (First is nice in just about any airplane but, not being an employee or a frequent flyer, I don’t get to set there often). I have the same opinion about the 737.

Finally, everyone loves the 777, so why follow the crowd?

Well, I go back to the REAL Continental. It has to be with NO DOUBT, the DC10-30 PUB Aircraft. Too bad they pulled the Pubs out and put seat in. Great Great Aircraft!!!

Well, I'll go back even further: Favorite CO aircraft was the "Rolls-Royce powered Viscount II" (Viscount 810).
Four screamin' Darts and those HUGE windows!

The DC-10 was my favorite. The LLG made for some exciting flights.

If Continental Connection and Express were included my favorite would be the Saab 340.

   Amen AMEn AMEN!!! Now that was a real airplane, found momories of non-reving on the DC10. The PUB was so innovative, ahh the good ol days of the orginal recipe CAL!!

I voted for the 737NG since that is the aircraft I have flown on the most with Continental.

What aircraft did Continental mainly use for EWR to LAX around 1997 and EWR to San Diego around 2002? I thought it was on a 737 for atleast for the 2002 trip, and it could have been a larger aircraft for 1997.

764, bring it back to Glasgow!!!

I liked the DC-3 I used to fly on between COS and DEN in the 60's especially when we hit a summer storm, that was fun! Today's a/c I guess it'd have to be the 767 as I haven't had the chance to get on the 777.The 737's are ok but kind of cramped for me.I loved the "proud bird with the golden tail" DC-10's though, and the DC-9 was great too.
