Well..."12"..., to a lesser degree, I understand the vast differences of other christians..vs..the Catholic/Anglican/Orthodox divisions.
However, (To the Larger degree) they ALL(christians) share the same/HIGHLY DEBATABLE belief, in Jesus !!
So(unfortunately) we're "back to square one" ! :blush:

I'll take a crack at it. While many would be tempted to automatically and unequivocally claim the devil as the answer to your question, I would suggest that man's own selfish desire is the adversary in most instances.
Just like the little boy who says "The Devil made me do it," humans love to shift blame and responsibility.
