Temptations of a CEO written by Patrick Lencioni.
Quite interesting. Only 133 pages. It is a quick read.
Not only applies to a CEO but also any managers can
apply this to their style of managing employees/company.
The author is president of a consulting firm specializing
in evaluating upper management of companies.
It only took me about 75 minutes to read. It is really
a self evaluation one can take.
