Four Airlines Bid For Uair Assests

With all the talk about selling slots at LGA and DCA, after the cutbacks from 9/11 does anyone know exactly how many JET slots we have the rights for at both of these airports vs how many we are currently using? I know we had a lot more jet flights at DC back in 92 vs what we are flying now and wondered just how many slots we have in the back pocket that arent doing us any good? Is it possible to sell some of the excess and still have enough slots to run most of the flights we're offereing right now? Same at LGA with most of the upstate NY flights and Metrojet flights to Florida gone, there have got to be a lot we arent using right now.
