Yes, We do have gift cards and have for over a year. Not really sure where you can buy them but they're really easy to use. You call and tell the agent you want to use your gift card and they connect you to reservation assistance. All you need is the number and the pin number--that you scratch off like a phone card--and it's as simple as pie. I'll have to check for you tomorrow to see where and how you get them.

you cant take em to the airport though! I spent over an hour after a customer came to the counter....on hold for quite awhile to help the pax out...9 gift cards...all had to be combined ect...thank gosh my felow res-co worker agent was pleasant and willing to help me at the ATO...then and only then was it noted that you have to call in to redeem...hope this changes....
Rite Aid is one place--also online--and thanks for thanking those of us in RA for helping you combine cards. It makes matters much easier when paying for a $319 tkt with $300 worth of gift cards at $50 each--They're really simple to do once they're combined.
