My previous post to which you replied, was geared more towards some of the puffy chest alpha-pups that like to throw around legal jargon and threats.
Also i am not being defensive regarding me being in management as everyone like to assume, I said it plenty of times before but people will think what they will. I don't care in the least what people assume.
So indulge me if you will Kev...
The union likes to encourage FA's to be vocal, have a voice, etc...
So when a FA (not management thank you) is vocal about a non union position, then they are chastised with legal threats, called management etc. Why is that?
Very early on I was very undecided which way to lean. And i have said plenty of times before, there may have been compelling reasons for AFA/Union as DAL. But as AFA started a campaign of spitting on the DAL FA's at the same time wanting their support. I was with many others who were very turned off by such actions. Being constantly called, stalked on the concourse, called kool-aid drinkers, scabs (AFA Rally) did very little to warm support.
Then the AFA turns around and throws blame at the feet of others for failing to garner enough support. If I were NWA FA I would be pissed at AFA not DAL. They probably had more support to begin with, but then lost traction as they went off track and made it a DAL vs NWA vs management vs, etc.
People keep saying that we "dont get it". Well the people that are in charge to wage this campaign of support don't get it either.
