Look here. You should not be so flippant.

I am sure NxNW remembers this incident. I also remember when NWA, and other airlines went after a webmaster of a mechanic website. That was all under your current CEO.

Have you read the rules of this site recently. I am quite sure your information would be released under a court order without hesitation. 😱

 Ok, i'll be holding my breath on that court order then!

I'd forgotten about that...

I remember that one as well... They put him through the wringer, if I recall correctly...

Believe it.

"We at USaviation.com also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a legal action arising from any message posted by you."

I do find it rather odd that pro union people take this stance for some that are anti union. They are free to say whatever they may feel, but when others say differently then the union thug behavior rears its ugly head.

Feel free to make any assumptions you wish, but draw that arrow very carefully. As if you aim and miss, its a very large payday for me for false accusations.

What's so odd about recalling that there was no length that Anderson wouldn't go to to get what he wanted?

There's nothing "thuggish" about trying to warn people about his past practices.

1. I don't "assume" anything about anyone on here. It is however interesting to note how defensive you've become since people have asked about you being an inflight supervisor... Just an observation...

2. I have zero interest in pursuing legal action against people on here.

3. As for your payday, aim at me if you want; you'll be very disappointed... You can't get blood from a turnip....

My previous post to which you replied, was geared more towards some of the puffy chest alpha-pups that like to throw around legal jargon and threats.

Also i am not being defensive regarding me being in management as everyone like to assume, I said it plenty of times before but people will think what they will. I don't care in the least what people assume.

So indulge me if you will Kev...

The union likes to encourage FA's to be vocal, have a voice, etc...
So when a FA (not management thank you) is vocal about a non union position, then they are chastised with legal threats, called management etc. Why is that?

Very early on I was very undecided which way to lean. And i have said plenty of times before, there may have been compelling reasons for AFA/Union as DAL. But as AFA started a campaign of spitting on the DAL FA's at the same time wanting their support. I was with many others who were very turned off by such actions. Being constantly called, stalked on the concourse, called kool-aid drinkers, scabs (AFA Rally) did very little to warm support.

Then the AFA turns around and throws blame at the feet of others for failing to garner enough support. If I were NWA FA I would be pissed at AFA not DAL. They probably had more support to begin with, but then lost traction as they went off track and made it a DAL vs NWA vs management vs, etc.

People keep saying that we "dont get it". Well the people that are in charge to wage this campaign of support don't get it either.

On the fence indeed...NOW that's the joke of the century! You sure make a good pro Delta machine whine sound like a good vintage.

In case your widget glasses are too rosy for you to see...it WAS about NW/Delta management, and it WAS about those 60 % who have cheated the rest out of potential benefits of a merger (guess you missed what the pilots got). I noticed how you took issue with AFA's camp. Yet clearly enjoyed having Delta's ram theirs so far up your nose you could smell it on the Hwy. The best one and clearly the most innocent "leaving dead FAs on the voting list". It is you who have risked coming out with less than we (and Mama Delta can't do a darn thing about it).

As for your perceived "threats of legal jargon", If you are not management you have nothing to worry about, in fact why mention it? If you are..then you do. It's that simple.

FYI...these grown Alpha's at NW are hardly afraid of litigation when wronged...so keep the pup usage for yourself. You may be comfortable in your subservient role as defender of Mama Delta. But you will learn soon enough...Mama's got a new name, and it's Der Fuhrer NW.

Your heavily laden drama-rant only reinforces what I stated in my previous post.
