Provide civil immunity to those who, in good faith, report suspicious activities that threaten the safety and security of passengers on a transportation system or that could be an act of terrorism.


BAD NEWS (if you work for the Airlines or Freight service Companys: ie costs we will have to bear)

It would require screening of all cargo on passenger planes within three years.................

NO bad news seen here !!

Every piece of cx., mail..ANYTHING that goes ob an a/c should be screened !!

Does it make it "easier" if everyone ob a flt. "meets their maker" because it was a 6 inch package in the belly that took the jetliner down ??

OF COURSE NOT !!

For those of us, that live near HUGE seaports, and see the massive amounts of containerized cx. that is unloaded onto a pier every day, and NO ONE knows "for sure" whats inside, will tell you, it's FRIGGIN" UNCONCIONABLE that these(EVERY) containers are NOT screened !!

EL CHIMPO, and the vast majority of his party, have fought TOTAL sea/port security since 9/11.

The reason (OF COURSE)...."M O N E Y " $$$$$$ aka/CAPITALISM AT "ALL" COSTS !!!!!

Yes, 100 percent screening is good. Let's take a breath and relax...........We are all safe now.

Who's going to do it? TSA? The Airlines? The cost will passed on to the consumer who's product is being shipped. The Airline and the Shipper will have to adjust methods to make a highly ineffecient system work.

The bad news is for the consumer. Let's just call it the price of Freedom.
