Who's who?

Information on Wurzelbacher was accessed by accounts assigned to the office of Ohio Attorney General Nancy H. Rogers, the Cuyahoga County Child Support Enforcement Agency and the Toledo Police Department.

The State Highway Patrol, which administers the Law Enforcement Automated Data System in Ohio, asked Toledo police to explain why it pulled BMV information on Wurzelbacher within 48 hours of the debate, Hunter said.

On Oct. 17, BMV information on Wurzelbacher was obtained through an account used by the Cuyahoga County Child Support Enforcement Agency in Cleveland, records show.

Mary Denihan, spokeswoman for the county agency, said the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services contacted the agency today and requested an investigation of the access to Wurzelbacher's information. Cuyahoga County court records do not show any child-support cases involving Wurzelbacher.

Plausible deniability....direct connections to Obama or McCain won't exist but definite connections to party operatives are alive and well and running in the campaign background these days. Both sides.

Actually DELL, "Joe" the "plummer"...................is SAM the (plummer's) Assistant.

"Sam" can only do plumming work under his Bosses Union licence !

T..minus..10(and counting)

Oh,that justifies unlawful looks into his personal life?
Yes...it does. Remember back when Bush pretty much dismissed the fourth amendment to the constitution and y'all said it doesn't matter because you don't have anything to hide? Well...I said it would crack the door open...you made the bed...now lie in it.

This is not an investigation under the Patriot Act.....just a typical violation of the Privacy Act and MO of the DEM smear machine.

What makes it ok because someone asks a pointed question regarding a candidate and his platform?I didn't realize 'Joe' was in violation of the Patriot Act...well maybe the 'Obama Truth Squad'....

Oh,BTW...show where I specifically state its ok by me as I have nothing to hide....c'mon....

The de facto abolition of the fourth amendment didn't specify that the trampling of the rights had to do anything with the patriot act. As I said...it cracked the door open for someone else to use.

Perhaps I misspoke about you dell...my apologies. But if you read this and other boards, (as I am sure you do) you have read those exact words.

I might add..the truth is the truth. They should have "vetted" him a little better than the Gov. VP if they intended to make him a GOP TV Star.

Both Parties do it... so it is ridiculous to cry foul. The premise of his questions where suspect as he was/is in no position to buy a business that generates over $250Gs. The GOP set themselves up for that one.

I do agree that a person's privacy should NEVER be invaded for political purposes. His tax issues are his personal business.

Me, personally, I would not have put myself out there on TV asking a Presidential candidate about taxes when I have a judgement (PUBLIC INFORMATION) against me.

I don't know why one would have to go through the police? THAT sounds fishy. Judgments are public information, the IRS placed a lien against him which is a judgment.

He clearly likes the attention, as he has been making the rounds on radio and has announced that he might run for Congress (Palin is his inspiration)...if he thinks his taxes are public now...wait till he runs for Congress (they will know what brand of underwear he wears and the last place he had a beer)

Someone in the Toledo PD accessed licensing and/or NCIC databases which are usually off limits to civilians and a breach of conduct requirements for users.

He wasn't put out there by anyone....just asked the Messiah a simple question. The Messiah messed up and his assassins did what they do best.

Having future aspirations of owning the business or going into business disqualifies him from inquiring as to the Messiah's platform?

You are aware of the Small Business Association and their practice of getting people into these type businesses aren't you?

Go to a Hotel/Motel or a 7-11 and ask the people in charge how they got their start in this great country.

Wurzelbacher was an innocent American who showed what the 'Politics of Personal Destruction' really are and who does it best.

Victimized by the clowns who play the victimization card like an ace....

I do agree that a person's privacy should NEVER be invaded for political purposes. His tax issues are his personal business.

But its totally within bounds if one is a Governor from some podunk state up yonder then?

I'm in no way crying foul.....you told me the GOP were the ones who practice this art....I couldn't believe my eyes when I read this story.

Dell,

I do not necessarily agree with what happened but then again I find the entire electoral process to be quite obscene.

Having said that, if the GOP put 'Joe' out there as a political spokes person and had him ask a question on their behalf to 'get' Obama, then they need to be prepared for the consequences. Unfortunately, this time around the republicans have not have good intuition on anything they have done for nearly all of it has come back to bite them in the ass. Their selection of Palin as VP while it did give them a momentary boost the trajectory of that missile is clearly on the down side waiting for impact. Wright was wrong, Ayres was wrong, his treatment of the bail out was wrong, his link with Bush is wrong. His entire campaign has been one error after another. Whether one could have seen it coming I do not know. Hind sight is 20/20 but the bottom line is McCain and his campaign have made far too many mistakes. Makes me wonder how they would lead the nation.

Where does one come up with this guy being a GOP plant?

Where does one come up with this guy being a GOP plant?

Out of the hundreds, possibly thousands of people on hand , to witness "The Annointed Ones" presence, would you believe that the only GOP plant there , would be the one that got to ask the Messiah a question ! Unless , maybe everyone in attendence was a GOP plant !

Talk about grand illusions !

Same way the GOP was behind the destruction og McCain in S Carolina in 2000. It is not rocket science to get into a hand shake line and get a question answered. If I were a strategist that is something I would do. Of course, I would have vetted the people I sent to do the questioning a bit better so that at least the basic story checks out. Like it is that much a of a stretch. Well, may be it is a stretch if you are deluded into believing that political campaign are incapable of being dishonest.

Well if Joe was a plant your aces of the left didn't find that out....

It was buried a few layers down. Just like the hammer head in PA who sent an Email saying Obama would cause a second Holocaust. Supposedly it was done with out permission. Who knows if it was. Seems a bit convenient too me. The RNC gets to scare a few ignorant voters into believing Obama is the end of the world and all they need is one staffer to fall on the sword for them. How easy is that. Sure, the staffer could have gone off the reservation on their own but I have a hard tome believing that any staffer would be so obtuse as to send out an email like that on their own. I suppose anything is possible but given my mistrust of politicians and their history of committing horrendous acts and their utter lack of forethought I would not be surprised if it were planned. That goes for "Joe" and the email. And yes I am sure the Obama camp has done the same.

OK KC.....what about Obama suspending it entirely....which would you rather have?

We're gonna have to make some incredibly tough decisions in the first two years. So I'm asking you now, I'm asking you now, be prepared to stick with us. Remember the faith you had at this point because you're going to have to reinforce us."

"There are gonna be a lot of you who want to go, 'Whoa, wait a minute, yo, whoa, whoa, I don't know about that decision'," Biden continued. "Because if you think the decision is sound when they're made, which I believe you will when they're made, they're not likely to be as popular as they are sound. Because if they're popular, they're probably not sound."

Dude...sugar coat it....Deny it......its about that.

"I probably shouldn't have said all this because it dawned on me that the press is here," he joked.

What its about.....
