Feel free to donate to any church, and ask that it be designated for sex education, something that many denominations actually offer to their congregants.
I know you'll be shocked that most of the Protestant curriculum (I've seen several) do encourage use of birth control for those who don't chose abstinence first.

There was a study done (can't find a reference to it) which showed that youth who were more active in their church became sexually active at a later age than those who were left to fend for themselves in developing a value system. The study also showed that they were less likely to raise a child out of wedlock.
