green card question

hi there, im about to travel with my family to vietnam on june 22nd, 2006 aboard united airlines. i do not have a passport, but i have a green card and a visa, and am wondering if that is sufficient enough for me to travel out of the USA? thanks for any replies.

I don't want to sound cold but I have three children of my own to put to school and if I had any money left, I would donate to a charity close to my heart. Why don't you try a work-study program? Or a part-time job.
