If they use the old Crystal City method of releasing information promised on a particular schedule, expect to hear this "first quarter" stuff sometime in August.
Tempe is the same way. It'll happen soon enough but it is not the first priority. If its August so be it. I always add at least 6 months whenever they project a date. If its earlier, its a nice surprise but I never expect it!
