If you have to use Politifarce and VOX to defend your false and weak argument, just walk away son...
If you repeat a lie that you hear on talk radio and don't have the smarts to verify it you should walk away boy.

You can always tell when they're losing... And know that they are losing... And are gettin' scared... And desperate...

The posts, and " defenses" and attacks grow increasingly shrill and baseless, and inevitably degenerate to an unholy combination of various fear grenades, gods, hate, anger and personal attacks.

They are just not quite ready to admit to themselves that they have been conned, have fallen for the big lie, and have defended the very people who have been using them for their own enrichment for all of these years.

Some would prefer to be literally used to death than to admit they followed the wrong star.

Pride goeth before the fall...

As we all celebrated labor Day, don't forget to tip your hats to oBama's H1B visa programs that encourage companies to hire non US citizens.

Another moderate democrat assault on the working man.
H1B and NAFTA is good for Merika...
Did you miss the memo.... LOL 😛

H1B program signed into law by Bush 1

Most likely at the behest of big business, as it was supposedly developed for companies to be able to import specialized skills that they could not find here.

Every change in the program and the numbers given can be linked to the desires of big business for cheaper, more servile employees

It's not exactly "Obama's H1B program", and NAFTA certainly wasn't either.

No, he didn't end them.

Big $$$ writes the laws and Congress does what they are told by their donors. That is a particularly Reaganesque development "Who better to regulate industry than industry itself..."

"Obama's H1b", and the imolied link with NAFTA are lies.

Yet more lies.

I really believe that these folks believe that lying is ok.

No one can be that ignorant, or stupid, accidentally

Nowhere did xUT say anything about who signed it, nor did he assign blame.

There is much misinformation about the program out there.

I think I will let him speak for himself on the reasons for his opinion.

XUT lumped it with NAFTA, after quoting Dude

Thanks Quag,
I still wonder (as I used to work IT) how India and Pakistan magically produced software engineers at a rate cheaper than US.
IIRC, there were software companies (coalition?) that donated mucho cash to India and Pakistan education facilities 'specifically focused on IT'.
Yea, maybe it was a fluke... LOL 😛

The Big$$$ Connection I was speaking of...

Example one of thousands

Ross Perot had it right on NAFTA.
Yes I voted for Perot.
Now we have Trump (who would vote for this ID-10T?)
Billery? GMAFB!

ON TOPIC:
KommieFornia has already implemented a 'sick time' policy.
Fortunately, my business can absorb the costs but I know many who can not.
We do our best to be a responsible business owners after having worked for other people my whole life, I empathize with their position.
We have been planning to implement some kind of health care for them as well but as costs keep going up, it appears to be a moving target.

Yea Yea Yea, I know the 'union mindset' (as I were one... 😛 )
If you can't afford it, then you should close and let someone else do it.
Vendors jam me as I have few choices.
Customers jam me if I increase prices to meet obligations.
Just for your edification...

Immigration reform ala another democrat assault on the workingman....

Expanding a controversial visa program as part of immigration reform, the Obama administration has already rewarded participating businesses that underpay and “handcuff” foreign-born workers.(https://my.democrats.org/page/contribute/donate-to-help-democrats-today)
Technology companies are taking advantage of the H1B visa program by flouting the definition of the legally required wage, says Norm Matloff, professor of computer science at the University of California, Davis.
http://watchdog.org/184003/obama-tech-immigrant/

The Center for Investigative Reporting found that Washington – under Republican and Democratic administrations — is complicit in high-tech wage-shaving schemes that smack of indentured servitude.

Lack of Protection for U.S. Workers
The H-1B and L-1 visa programs provide no real protections for U.S. workers. Guest worker wage standards are so low (or non-existent) that it easy for employers to replace experienced U.S. workers with entry-level guest workers, saving employers thousands of dollars. Employers who hire guest workers actually boast that guest workers work for lower pay than their U.S. counterparts. It is not surprising then that in computer occupations employment is up, and wages are flat.

It matters not who created the program, what matters most is who is pushing to exploit it here and now.

Social Justice is poor third world country IT wonks displacing affluent US workers and letting the affluent experience life in a third world country, here, on food stamps and welfare.
