HAPPY LABOR DAY ! Obama signs EXECUTIVE Order for Paid Sick Days !

Poor 700, he just cant catch a break..... lol

According to a Gallup poll released Friday, nonunion workers are far more likely then unionized workers to be content with safety and recognition at work.

“Employed Americans who report being members of labor unions are significantly less likely than nonunion employees to say they are
‘completely satisfied’ with six of 13 job aspects,” Gallup detailed. “These include workplace safety, recognition for accomplishments,
flexibility of hours and job security.”

And those union workers enjoy making more money than their non-union counterparts.
Gee Petey, your refuted again, and this Gallop poll is not factual data, that is a person's opinion.

The average union worker makes $200 more a week vs their non-union counterpart.

From a govt propaganda source eh buttercup?

Thats the best you can do?

lol

The BLS is factual data and is used by experts all the time, unlike an opinion poll you posted.

Try again to refute the facts, oh wait you can't, you will just insult and post more lies and opinion, instead of the facts, reality and truth.

So 11% of the workforce makes more than the other 88%?

George Bush math?

11+88=99.

Really?

Can you not comprehend what was posted?

A union worker makes more on the average than a non-union worker doing the same job.

Not all jobs done have a unionized workforce.

And 88% could give a damn about being unionized.

Can you not comprehend?

You cant say that 88% which would actually be 89% dont give a damn.

For example there are 20,000 FAs at DL, and they are in the midst of a card drive, there are thousands of non-union DL FAs who are signing cards, just because they are in the 89% doesnt mean they dont give a damn, as they are signing cards to become unionized.

So come up with a new red herring, because what you posted is false, just because they are non-union, doesnt mean they dont give a damn, they wouldnt be signing cards if they didnt.

Just like how Spirit ramp unionized this year, as did B6 pilots, and others.

Try again.

And what is 88+11?

And what is 100-11?

That 1% was for the DL non union FA's.

Hmm....I remember an engine group out of Raleigh I think it was.....GE??  Been a while, Pal.
About 0.25 cents less than their unionized brothers at other GE shops. They were quite happy.

A lot of other industries that are in part unionized, seem to pay their people just slightly less than their union counter parts 'to keep them happy and keep the unions out'.

Why's that?

Facts state, Unionized workers earn an average of $200 more a week than their non-union counterparts, refute it buttercup.

Fuzzy Math May Be Basis For Labor Secretary’s Claim That Union Workers Earn More, Analysis Asserts
However, Diana Furchtgott-Roth of MarketWatch in her September 2, 2015 article, “Opinion: Workers don’t do better in unions,” disputes Secretary Perez’s claim. In brief, she notes the following

“According to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the median weekly earnings for union members last year were $200 a week more than for non-union workers. That’s not pocket change — $200 a week is the difference between paying the bills and worrying about whether the lights will go out.”

  • Fact: 40% of all union workers are government employees. Perez’s data does not separate public and private sector workers. This is significant because “union members are more concentrated in higher-paying” public sector jobs, .

  • Fact: Union workers tend to be older, and thus earn more money as a result of their seniority

  • Fact: More union workers are located in the Northeast where wages are higher to account for the higher cost of living. A worker in Georgia earns less than one in New York, but the cost of living is less there.

  • Fact: With the exception of government workers, jobs in unionized industries are shrinking. Employment in the construction industry, for example, which has a higher percentage of unionized workers, has declined by 13% in the past ten years.

  • Fact: In the professional and business services industry, where there is job growth, union workers earn less—an average of $113/week less.
That union workers earn more than their non-union counterparts may be the “conventional wisdom” in some parts, but it may be a misconception – one that unions don’t hesitate to perpetuate. Organizations whose employees are presented with a union claim that union representation inevitably will increase their “bottom line” may find this analysis helpful in debunking that myth.

Use the BLS data, and it shows you wrong.

Be careful with this one, he may throw a VOX article at you. Or worst yet, a Politifarce snippet.
