Palin = Obama 4 more years.
Palin = Obama 4 more years.
Palin is probably better suited for what she does now. There are a few GOP up and comings that are right for this country. She could replace Steele and it would be good.
As an aside from that.....if she did run...what dirt could they dig up?![]()
Dell, I don't think the issue is digging up dirt on Palin, or even Palin in '12.
Right NOW...even with the noticeable GOP gains last night, The GOP has No hypothetical winner on the bench for 12'....(again) RIGHT NOW !! Palin,...(I can't speak ENGLISH) Haley Barbour, Santorum could not win..."RIGHT NOW" in my view. Romney will always have the Morman "thing" hanging over him, Gingrich is "damaged goods"(and no one knows it better than him) The One guy in the GOP I'd "invest" some "currency" on via a wager...."RIGHT NOW"...who "looks good",...clean as a whistle, and most likely conservative enough for the TP..nuts, is former Mn. Governor..Tim Pawlenty.
You've been around the block a few times Dell, and I've got to tell you honestly....that the TP nut jobs could cost the main wing of the GOP one of the Best shots at the brass ring in 12', that they've EVER had !
Again, just my 2 cents worth.
I don't know about that.....remember Bush " Osama Obama "...another " real no where man. "
Clinton, Obama were both unheards.....so was Palin, so go figure.
Well anything is possible I suppose.
Its just that with the Supreme court letting unlimited "coin" be spent on campaigns(and lets face it, the GOP has a hammer lock in the $$$$ area)( it is what it is), the BIG..BIG BIG $ boys will not back a TP candidate that can't Deliver. From where I'm sitting, the TP is a good thing, in that it will definitely raise havoc WITHIN the Party.
Should the TP continue to make inroads, (And they Very Well Could), it's going to take a fair amount of time before THEY are calling all the Shots within the Party. Certainly Not by 2012 . 2016, maybe.
I'm really anxious to hear "this" explained.............The TEA Party COST the GOP control of the Senate !!
Angle/O' Donnall/Miller.
If you think there was Infighting inside the GOP before last night, Wow, what about today ?
The power brokers are at the stategy desk RIGHT KNOW trying to find a way to ABORT the TP before 2012.
True old saying..."Be careful what you wish for" !
The only infighting....if you will, from the GOP seems to be from the RINO group or should we say "ruling class republicans".....as well as dem's.
Lindsay Graham, Trent.....they are worried and want to co-opt these newbies?
Why??
Old dogs, old game now out of play?
Business as usual is going to change in the next few elections....take it to the bank.
OK, I agree with you on change in .."the next few elections", but that doesn't take care of the TOP SPOT for the GOP in 12' or 16'
One other thing. If things get even worse with BO, the D's have an answer in the "bullpen" as reliable as NYY's Mariano Rivera,................named HILLARY
Democrats lose centuries of seniority in House
Neither rookies nor seasoned veterans were spared in Tuesday's House Democratic bloodbath, which saw Republicans defeat three major committee chairmen and at least seven lawmakers who claimed 20 years' seniority or more in Congress.
All told, with about a dozen races still uncalled, Democrats have already shed 376 years of congressional experience, and that could go as high as 430 years if five other Democrats lose races in which returns show they are trailing.
Democrats who voted for their party's signature domestic achievement dropped like flies throughout the evening, adding credence to Republicans' claim that the American public wants them to repeal healthcare reform.
Virtually every House Democrat from a swing district who took a gamble by voting for the health law made a bad political bet. Among 22 who provided crucial yes votes from particularly risky districts, 19 ended up losing on Tuesday.
Democratic Reps. Steve Driehaus of Ohio and Kathy Dahlkemper of Pennsylvania were among the 15 out of 20 pro-life Democrats in the Susan B. Anthony List’s sights who fell on Election Day.
Hillary Clinton Rules Out 2012, 2016 Presidential Runs
In a separate interview with TV New Zealand, Clinton said the United States "should be" ready for a female president, but that it would not be her.
Same as Barrack...........PROGRESSIVE SOCIALIST.
