How Do You Use This Feature?

If someone sent you a PM through email, if you just hit reply will it be sent to them or do you just have to post a reply publicly?

i think you get a notification thru e-mail that you have a private message. If you have kept your e-mail private for personal reasons, you may not want to reply thru e-mail. But if you come here, check your messages, and reply, you will still remain anonymous if you wish. (I think) Hope that helps.
If it doesn't, Kyle will likely spot this and help you out being he is the guru and all.

P.S. be careful, there are some here who do not show respect with private messages. Be very careful what you say in them regardless.

Thanks MagSeal, still haven't figured it out yet. I recieved an email with the PM but the return address is the forum's. Under my private messages though it says I have none and I don't know how to PM back. When I looked for contact options for the person it said that it would have to show my email address so I guess I'll just post.
