I was wondering because a majority of the new guys on 1D, Ex-TWA/AFW/DWH and STL, have mentioned the same phase.

(TWA/AA) ------Once a month our old crew (MCI) shows up at our local restaurant for breakfast, and every so often, our old Supervisor, who is now working in Dallas for AA, will show up also and is welcome to do so at any time!!! Don't be too sensitive....He was referring to a statement where there was a time when the crew chief told the supervisor stay in the office..no need to interfere with the boys who actually do the work...

------ Actually, I think that's funny! Our old Supervisor told us about his first day down in Dallas. He said he went out to the Aircraft he was assigned to, to check progress at the start of the shift. ------ Walked onto the plane, and noticed everything, and everyone, came to a sudden halt! Latter asked his C/C about what was wrong, and was told that happens every time anyone from management goes on the floor! ------Well, he told us "that's the last time I'll do that!"----- But than again, that's "MCI South"!!! 😀
