How UAL Loses its Passengers
Not only have numerous Washington DC hotels apparently decided not to trust UAL, but this former passenger hasn't even been given the courtesy of a response from the airline to her complaint, now lodged on three separate occasions. In other posts, a former gold level flier explains why he no longer chooses UAL -- "it's all about service". And another prospective passenger explains why he'll be choosing another carrier for his flights. It's all here at Untied.com.
 
UAL is a good airline. have flown them many times in the past and will do so again in about3 months when they take me to PEK and back. im looking forward to sitting in the front cabins on the beautiful 747-400 and 777-200 🙂🙂🙂🙂

Are you kidding me?? WN??? Please I find the service with UA fantastic even during BK days. Whats with the WN?? If you watch A&E look how WN gives service and please compare.

Just look who he works for.

That explains it all.

Probably has never set foot on UAL.

There are pleanty of people who hate his airline, too.

However why he feels so insecure to want to come to the UAL forum to try to rub our faces in it-only he and his therepist can know. :down: Loser.

No forum within USAviation is the sole property of any single airline community. We have our share of "drive-by postings" over at the WN forum, too. It's an unfortunate occurrence but it is the price we pay for open access.

I wish everyone at UAL the good luck, just not too much of it! 🙂

I fully understand that anyone can visit any forum they choose. I visit other forums too.

However, there no justification for his post.
It is not news.
It is not commentary.
It doesn't open any interesting dialogue.
This is just mean spiritedness, maybe a little jealousy, a lot of ignorance, and that's unnecessary on any board.

I thank you for the good wishes. All of us at UAL have worked hard and sacraficed a lot. We have come a long way and we run a good airline.

I agree. Did you notice the date of the last update to the website he posted? It's February 2003! Yes, United has done a great job recovering from those days. However, I still don't get the how the Chipmunks' Theodore works in the UAL marketing plan!? 😉

This is typical of the SWA mentality. For someone to post differently would be a surprise.

I know of the website but wouldn't waste my time with it. But the date is telling isn't it...



I haven't seen the chipmunk thing. Where did it come from? Bad. Very bad.


Ok. Maybe Ted advetising needs work!
