I hate to burst 700's bubble but Bush and company are not 'top attorneys' and definately not from a 'top law firm'. Perhaps a good one but nothing close to your company's law firm which was ranked number 1 on the 'top law firms of the usa' list.

Looking at the case work, it actually looks like the IAM stapled some stuff together. Mostly findings of fact stuff. heck the pdf file was even half ass.

Thankfully, not even the IAm can screw this baby up unless it negotiates the grievance away.

Ya the IAM finally read the part that says,the court has nothing to do with CBA's.....Damn shame Judge Mitchell never read it.Oh what a wonderfull day when the union finally understands this.All the times the Company came begging,we could have said sorry we have a contract...but noooooo.

This pretty laim considering most of us new this for years but was told,oh your wrong....thanks.

I beg to differ, Bob Bush and his partner are top labor lawyers, they have represented the IAM in numerous Arbitrations and have a stellar record.

They were the attorneys in the airbus case also.

And Sharon Levine is a top notch bankruptcy litigator.
