Does US AIRWAYS force employees to use vacation with FMLA? I wasn't aware of this and I'm not sure if the victory by the rail unions will change anything on US AIRWAYS property. If your company does force vacation time then the victory from the rail unions should benefit workers at your company.So, does this mean that anyone that has been forced to use FMLA somehow get their vacation back?

Yes they do force you to use all vacation,dats,comp days before going on unpaid FMLA.This may not seem like a big win to some folks but in realy is for the IAM and the unions.Does US AIRWAYS force employees to use vacation with FMLA?
