Fmla Disparity

I guess it comes down to is it a major or catastrophic illness. Alot of employees want it so they can have flexible schedules. I have a hard time believing if it is legite, and documented they would turn it down.
I will not give examples because the ten to twenty I know of that have already been denied are pending reapplication and I don't want to jeopardize anything for them. The point is you are assuming we are working with people who give a damn. I personally know someone who deals with the company rejecting FMLA and they are notorious for their rejections.

If you are rejected get the name of the nurse who rejected you, call the DOL and file a complaint, reapply twenty times if you have to, and get your doctor directly involved. I am anticipating rejection and as such am prepared.
