· Internet: Believe it or not, US Airways has all of their A321 aircraft hooked up with Gogo* in-flight WiFi, but they aren't any plans we know of that go beyond that. .....

Wifi on the 321 is kind of useless unless they bring back the laptop power ports....

Wifi on a 321 for the duration of my laptop's battery is better than being on a transcon 320 with no entertainment.

Beg to differ with you on this one, I don't see how US is the middle here. True, NK does rank lower, but the IFE on US does rank below that of other full service carriers. (Then again, US doesn't US call itself a "hybid carrier" or somesuch, not a full service one). And is there any carrier that did have video, but took it out?

With no number rankings on the chart and answers like "maybe" its an obvious personal preference of carrier. Also has anyone actually flown the other carriers mentioned at all... or you just going by what the publication mentions of them? Has anyone flown US transatlantic and US to Hawaii? How about comparing those routes to the other carriers listed on the same route. US is not the best overall but its not the worst either

Given the fact that US is somewhat Bi-Polar in it's marketing if one is a people watcher then US Airways has by far and away the bst IFE out there and it's free. It's like the Airline version of the web site "People of Wal-Mart"!

Oh dear, I can see this thread turning into a "new US Airways slogan" one.

We all know "We're not happy till you're not happy" That one is getting a bit stale.

In keeping with Travelpro's idea: "US Airways: Fair to middlin' " "US Airways: We've gotten better. Really we have".

After putting two mediocre airlines together, not being the largest carrier, not having control of the largest cities. Then a trashed economy and high fuel prices among a ton of other things... Could US Airways truly be the best carrier with enough capital to fund the best IFE in North America? I would say the airline is lucky to still be around but I guess you'd know how to run the airline better?
