Thats all we need to put FEAR into Americans for stepping up to the plate to stop future terrorism!

sky high states: Here's an OPINION that shines: http://www.nypost.com/seven/03292007/posto...elle_malkin.htm

Katherine Kersten of The Minneapolis Star Tribune reported last week that the imams, advised by the grievance- mongers at the Council on American-Islamic Relations, also plan to sue "John Does" - innocent bystanders who alerted the authorities about their security concerns.

Rep. Steve Pearce (R-N.M.) has introduced legislation to protect John Does who report suspicious behavior from legal liability. The Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, talk-show host Michael Reagan, Dr. Zuhdi Jasser (who heads the American Islamic Forum for Democracy) and Minnesota lawyer Gerry Nolting have all stepped forward to offer free representation to the imams' targets.

So, you admit there are no facts in the above?

Bars, Restaurants, and other Businesses have signs that say we can “Refuse Service to anyone and anytimeâ€￾! Could that be legal in a Federal Setting and if so could it be written into any airlines Contract of Carriage?

? Just Wondering ? Saw it at a bar last night and thought I would ask if anyone would know?

Airlines' contracts of carriage do contain similar language. Nonetheless, it is illegal for bars/restaurants/airlines to refuse service to someone because of a protected characteristic (race, religion, etc.), even if they may refuse service on other grounds.

Well the fact of the matter is.Its time to get real about all this and take off the gloves. We need to stop being so wimpy about this stuff.

The citizens of this country are not the one's that created the profile, stereo type or what ever you want to call for a suspected threat. The people on 9/11 that took the lives of 1000's of AMERICAN lives did it.

If the planes that flew on 9/11 had been taken over by Nuns in the Habits,Id be watching for Nuns rubbing there beads and saying the rosery about to get on a plane.

This country is at WAR right now..period.

And if there Imams had any respect for this country they would not have been doing the crap they did...But they dont have any respect...none there using the system that all of us are proud to have fought for,to annoy the S#!^ out of us on purpose period.

If they dont like whaat I have to say they can sue me..

All you have to do in the Bar to refuse service is, The person appeared visibly intoxicated. It doesn't mean the person is drunk, just what one would have to say.

I must agree. Those bastards killed more people on 9-11 than the Japanese killed at Pearl Harbor, and most of 9-11's casualties were civilians, whereas Pearl Harbor's were military. At least the Japanese had some real scrotes, not like these b~@#$%^s. Why are they even here in the first place?

Ya know, the word "discrimination" is terribly abused now. I am a discriminating individual, and I encourage others to do the same. And I am resolutely persuaded that we need to discriminate against people that choose to align themselves with our country's enemies. None dare call it Islam treason, but I do. I am not persuaded that it is a religion. I am persuaded that it is a horrible ideology hell-bent on destroying and killing anyone that disagrees.

Just my opinion.

Please be specific. The only wimpiness I've seen is from the Bush&Co. He quit looking for the leader just a few months after starting. Short attention span, I guess.

Actually, some US morons did create a profile. They want you to see a middle east complexioned person and think terrorist. They want you to forget about the non-semites like Timothy McVeigh, the abortion clinic bombers and the unibomber. I am no security expert but I feel in good company with a vast majority of security experts who think that profiling a terrorist by race, religion or clothing will do nothing to prevent further events and is counterproductive to security efforts.

This country is at WAR right now..period.

What is the US at war with? The only military action I read about is the occupation of Iraq and how the US is interdicting their freedom fighters. War against terror? Exactly how does one wage a war against a military tactic? Should we declare war on a left flanking manuever? How about a "main thrust"?

And if there Imams had any respect for this country they would not have been doing the crap they did...But they dont have any respect...none there using the system that all of us are proud to have fought for,to annoy the S#!^ out of us on purpose period.

Exactly, what "crap" did the Imams do? "Annoying the S#!^" out of us? Are you annoyed when someone counts their rosary beads? How about when church bells peal forth? What about when someone prays over dinner in public? What about when you are expected to join in?

Or, are you annoyed that the bastards hijacking the planes took advantage of a moronic presidential administration, one determined to ignore any information from the previous administration. The hijackers violated no rules (boxcutters were legal then) though they should have thrown all sorts of flags, cash, one-way tickets, etc. and so on.

If they dont like whaat I have to say they can sue me..

Why would they sue you? Did you make false accusations? Did you defame Muslims? No, so get over yourself.
