I have been invited for a face to face interview with Delta in Atlanta. Any advise or suggestions for the interview would be much appreciated.
Any idea where I can find information regarding pay, benefits and work rules?
Thank you.
Practice in front of a lot of people. You will be in a room with perhaps a hundred or so... good luck!
Yeah and ask Management if they can "put it in writing" so you can believe it!!! LOL... Use lots of fluoride as you will drink alot of management kool-aid that will not only rot your teeth, it spreads to the brain... Also, ask them if there is a published seniorty list you will have access to... Ask them if they can ammend your work rules at any time..
Having worked for an AFA carrier, I fail to see the benefit. Of course I was never in jeopardy of being fired and did not have a chronic drinking or drug problem. They did not help me keep my pension. They did not protect me or my interests. What they did do is protect the seniority of the top 5 percent, leaving the rest of us to hope that one day we would be senior enough to be protected.
Agian only my opinion....

It's odd too that you were notified of your FTF back in the first part of Nov. Did it really take that long for them to schedule you?
Delta emailed me from info I had posted on career builder just a week or so ago and then last week notified me I had passed the final hurdle and would be scheduled for a FTF. Sunday they called and scheduled me for Thursday.
I wonder how the timeline can be so different, especially when they are working with soooo many interviewees. Hmmmm
