Iraq Collapsing

Per Iraq "collapsing"? Hmm...Let's check the timeline for this: Obama proudly announces the timeline for America giving up on Afghanistan. Major offensives by the enemy immediately begin in Iraq. Whatta' complete "surprise"!...Really?  I'm only even slightly surprised that all of this in Iraq didn't start in earnest, even sooner. I'll give the "government" of Iraq less than six months, but, well; given the magnificently demonstrated, wholesale incompetence of muslim "soldiers" over the last centuries it's proper due, and given that they're back to "fighting" each other, timing is somewhat unpredictable.
 
I thought Bush made the agreement with the Iraqi government?

How long do you want the US to stay? They have had fighting for 4,000 years. What could be done in the next 10 years that was not done in the last 10?

We broke it and it can't be fixed. Note to self. Stop phucking with other countries thinking that we can fix them.

Iraq and Iran ineffectually "fought" each other for over 8 YEARS, with modern weapons but complete idiots. The USA utterly destroyed Iraq's, then the world's 4th largest army, in under 2 months. Should it have been ANY part of National Will on America's part; the entire middle east could have easily been conquered back in '91. What's since been going on is some very, VERY sick "game", and all might well wonder just why?...And for whom?
 
I was talking about the tribes through out the ME not the fight between Iran and Iraq.

According to the dictionary conquer means to overcome and take control. The US does not even have close the the man power to take control of a single country much less the entire ME.

1) Cheny's just a dumb-azzed, cowardly draft dodger that isn't even capable of "hunting" without shooting someone accidentally. WHY would I at all care about that pathetic thing's opinion? I understand weapons, opportunities and how to use them. You clearly don't. Cheny can't even be trusted with so much as a shotgun, so don't make me laugh too much here.
 
2) "Now that's funny."...? Seriously? Sigh!...How  truly "cute" is that?...A liberal "military expert" that wants to discuss any aspects of conquest and warfare...? Thanks for the usual laughs. 😉
 
If you wish to be taken even the slightest bit seriously here: Hit us all up with the strategic, tactical, or even logistic concerns that would, in ANY way support your "opinion"? BTW: "I think"/"my opinion"/whatever has nothing to do with ANY aspect of reality, nor do any notions of "funny", just sayin'....?

How many more lives are you willing to lose over it?

And to our War College professor, East, please put together a battle plan (or 10,000 word manifesto) to conquer the Middle East and get back to us.

The two of them would rather be condescending and insult people. History says the ME is screwed. What makes them think we can go into a country much loss the entire region and conquer it is laughable.

It's all good so long as they do job have skin in the game. Easier to risk other people's lives for a fruitless endeavor.
