I ask the question because I for one am not impressed by the way the negotiating committee came forward with a contract proposal and then the leadership denounced the very proposal they had spent 5 years negotiating. Am I the only one that thinks AFA looks weak? I suppose time will tell if the union was caught off guard by the unanimous defeat of the offer and are now scrambling to come up with something better. If they can't deliver, then maybe it's time for AFA to go.

It isn't the AFA that is at fault, it's the elected leadership. Change them and you may change the situation.

I couldn't agree with cynic more. The quality of AFA is being undermined and cloaked by a very ineffective and dysfunctional leadership. Change the leadership and AFA here at US will once again rise and shine.

The flight attendant group is dysfuntional so how are they going to elect a leadership group that will once again allow the AFA to rise and shine?
