if Mesa part two does dip into its liquidation reserves, doesnt that mean they wont have enough dough to liquidate or shouldnt they be gone by then?

No surprise here. Mesaba had an agreement with NW in which one was to pay for most of their gas bills in order to use their Company logo on their planes (besides the seamless services between the two companies)
