The December edition of Overhaul & Maintenance has a story on the AMTs at JetBlue. Profit Sharing, 5 weeks paid v/c from the first year and the occasional barbecue don''t sound too shabby.
OTOH, you guys do fly the A-320. Those 5 weeks of v/c probably don''t seem like enough ;-)

Got my mag today. Good article, but seemed like they enjoyed knocking the A320 a little too much. I got a kick about how they made such a big deal about their BBQ grills. Here at AA which is supposed to have such horrible Labor relations we've always had BBQ's and Breakfasts feasts, and even had our supervisors doing Pancake breakfasts for us!
