Not your problem.
Increased healthcare cost, extra strain on our healthcare system, and massive spreading of disease is EVERYONE'S problem.

You also made the assertion that genetic mutations would present at birth and also did not present a single fact to back up that claim either.
Are you implying that it is not possible to do prenatal testing for genetic diseases and disorders? If I have to prove that to you then you have been living under a rock for the last 30 years.

Since you claimed to be a person who only deals in facts your arguments (I use that term loosely) are in very short supply of these facts you claim an affinity for.
Again, I provide facts all the time. They are usually met by libtard stupidity such as "who cares", with a declaration of "not your problem".

Gays seek to impose their marriage agenda by unelected federal judges rather than popular vote.

Ask yourself why.

This may come as a surprise to you but sex occurs out side of marriage so whether HIV is more prevalent among homosexuals is immaterial to the discussion of marriage.  Hence the response of "who care".   Your 'fact' has no bearing on the argument.

The cost argument is BS as well.  Were that the case conservatives would be up in arms regarding the societal costs of heart disease, obesity and smoking but I have yet to see any GOP sponsored legislation trying to abate these issues.  According to the CDC, HIV does not even crack the top 10 in causes of death in the US.  According the the CDC, HIV causes a bit over 8,000 deaths a year.  ut of the top ten on the CDC list, the #10 position (suicide) cause about 38,000 deaths a year.  Cancer and heart disease kill over 1,000,000 a year.  I imagine a number of those could be prevented with diet, exercise and a ban on cigarets.  You should call the GOP and have them get busy on that.

The GOP issue with homosexuality and marriage is purely religious in nature and as such has no place in a sexual government.

If you would do even a bit of research regarding some of the genetic issues I mentioned above you would find that while genetic markers may exist with individuals, that does not mean that the genetic disorder will present its self.  There are countless diseases that a person may carry genetic markers for but not present the illness.MS, Parkinson and Alzheimer are a few of them.

You rarely provide facts.  You stated that homosexuality is a choice.  Provide a fact to back it up.  You said that homosexuals are mentally ill.  Provide a fact to back it up.  In #251 you said all genetic mutations are evident at birth.  Provide a fact to back it up. I already gave you 3 examples of genetic mutations that are not presented at birth.

You have made countless claims, none of which are supported by any fact that you have presented.  Go for it.  I dare you.

What rights of yours would you like to put up for a popular vote?  CA, UT and what ever other state can pass what ever laws they choose but when they violate the COTUS they will be struck down.  Basic civics 101.

Nothing in the COTUS regarding marriage whatsoever.

There is no right to marriage -- gay marriage, same sex marriage, heterosexual marriage -- guaranteed in the Constitution. In fact, marriage is not mentioned in the Constitution at all, which means the federal government has no role in marriage as a construct.

Per the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Because the Constitution does not grant the federal government any authority with regards to marriage, the Tenth Amendment explicitly leaves that power with the individual states.

Doesn't the Fourteenth Amendment's "Equal Protection" clause challenge this reading?
No. The Fourteenth Amendment, to this end, guarantees three things: 1) that states do not pass laws that exclude specific individuals and groups (i.e. banning a gay man from marrying a woman); 2) that states follow due process (no application in this case); and 3) that states apply the law equally to, and enforce it equally against, all citizens (i.e. pursuit and due process of crimes and civil liability involving a gay individual, whether the perpetrator or the victim, equal to that applied to acts involving a straight individual). None of these points compels states to change their definitions of marriage.

An interesting point.....don't we have a decision coming soon?

If the site is right.....will be a lot of unhappy campers.

You need to forward those links to the lawyers who have been losing the cases. They need you.

Maybe you post some cases where they have been lost based on what the article claims.
