<_< ------ Now that there is a exTWAer working at LAX, is it, or is it not, a "25% TWA Seniority station?"
<_< ----- Do'es it matter???Was the inspector an inspector at the time of the TW acquisition? Were the CC's in the same class/grade?
<_< ------ Olesen, there is no logic to any of Kasher's rulings!!!!Don't know, but as interesting as Kasher's logic was, I can't imagine just one person being hired back as being enough to trigger the 25% seniority clause. I could see it being tied to classification, though.
<_< ----- Good Question!!! :huh:It looks like one inspector is getting 25% and is #142 of 297 on the seniority list. But there are 3 Crew Chiefs who are only getting 4/10, and are 288, 289, 290 out of 297.
Why would an inspector get 25% and not a Crew Chief?
Not sure about the inspector, but I do believe there are AAers, in addition to the exTWAers still on layoff, which if I recall correctly keeps the date at 4/10 for the AMT's.<_< ----- Good Question!!!
<_< ----- That's my point! It was suposed to be!!!---- But! That's not how it's been!!!!I thought LAX was a 25% station.
<_< ------Yea, sounds good! But there's a problem there!----- A Inspector with 25%, and two Crew Chiefs, with 4/10/01! Both are in the same classification!!!It sounds like both.
Sounds like you get 25% if no one is on layoff in your classification, and 4/10/01 if there are layoffs in your classification. Makes perfect sense!!!
