What's new

Liberal freakouts

I'll stick with the Pacific Northwest. Rarely too hot and rarely too cold.
I've lived in the MAGA havens of Florida (Orlando) and Texas (Dallas).. Once you get about a mile from either coast, Florida is kind of ugly...And you do get almost every bug known to man outside of Australia. Ask anybody who grew up there about the 'flying cockroaches" (palmetto bugs) that would zoom at you from the kitchen floor when you turned a light on at night,. It was also humid as all getout, although I will say that winter there was pretty nice.

Texas is hot. And not only is it hot....it can get really cold. And it's not high enough north to have anything in the way of road treatment in the winter - just sand trucks on highway overpasses. Anywhere besides a highway overpass and you're on you're on your own. Snow was rare, but freezing rain and sleet were fairly common in the winter. Texas as kind of cool in the late 70's to the mid 80's....people were friendly. After that it took a hard turn to the right and people seem to hate each other there....especially if you happen to be driving a car.

It’s getting to the point that this might actually be good news. Eventually the only direction they’ll be able to go is up. ⬆️
